Words can not express how excited and humbled I feel being named a ‘20 Under 40’ honoree.  It could not have been possible without never ending support from my family, friends and co-workers. I would especially like to thanks Martha Smith, my Rotarian supporter and Darrin Thomas, my Boy Scout leadership mentor, for their nomination and unyielding faith in me, Fleshman said.

Fleshman has been employed with DESA since 1996, where she started as Business Development Manager/Community Liaison. In 2007, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Community Affairs.
