Devine District sale facilitated by Trinity Partners

Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer recently facilitated the sale of 3112 Devine Street and 621 Amherst Avenue.
Stomski and Nidiffer represented the seller, 3112 Devine Street Associates, LLC d/b/a F&ME Consultants. The purchaser was represented by Aaron Dupree with CBRE.
The 7,900 square foot, three-story office building and adjacent 1,800 square foot residential dwelling sold for $950,000. The property will undergo extensive renovations before the purchaser moves in. Once rezoning is approved, improvements will include tearing down the residential structure to create parking for the building and full building renovation. The Devine District remains an attractive submarket for office tenants and this property offered extensive parking compared to others within the District.
This was part of a complex four property sale and disposition to get F&ME Consultants consolidated into one building. Their new location is finishing up a major renovation at 211 Business Park Boulevard. Cohn Corporation is leading the charge on the renovations.
