Sales associate, Angela Cash represented the tenant in the lease of this space that will be a barber shop. The 1,397 SF space is located next to the Tokyo Grill in the Georgetown Shopping Center in West Columbia. The barber shop is set to open in early 2024. Angela Cash is also exclusively representing the landlord of this shopping center to lease out other vacant units.
