President and Broker in Charge, Sam DeWees, represented three individual property owners in the sale of three parcels totaling 5 acres on Sunset Boulevard and Mineral Springs Road in Lexington, SC. The three parcels sold for a combined purchase price of $3,020,000 to local developer, Columbia Development, a privately held real estate development firm based in Columbia, SC, with offices in Charleston, SC and Raleigh, NC. DeWees Real Estate Group still has 10+ acres of land for sale along Mineral Springs Road, adjoining this development.

“This was a very complicated multi-property acquisition that took a lot of hard work and patience to get done. We had many obstacles to overcome along the way, from securing sewer easements, to annexing into the Town of Lexington, and to finally obtaining permits to close.
