Diamonds Direct opens in Mt. Pleasant

Diamonds Direct, a direct diamond importer based in Charlotte, N.C., is now open in its new location in Mt. Pleasant. This is the company’s seventh store opening and its first in South Carolina.
Located at 1911 Hwy. 17 N., next to the Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre, Diamonds Direct features a 6,500-square-foot showroom filled with top-quality jewelry and a large selection of mounted and loose diamonds, varying in size, carat weight, shape and certification. General Manager Ayelet Gilady will oversee the day to day operations and manage a staff of eight. Store hours are Monday – Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
