Diaper Drive-Thru Returns April 8 in Laurens to Support Local Families in Need

April 7, 2025

The Upstate Pregnancy Center monthly Diaper Drive Thru event is returning to Laurens on Tuesday, April 8, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! Join us in the parking lot of Wattsville Drug (24 Sirrine Street, Laurens).

Free diapers and wipes will be distributed to families in need. This month, in addition to diapers and wipes, they have some special items donated by the Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy Chapter of The American Pharmacists Association to give to moms. The chapter collected these items during March to celebrate Women’s Month, reflecting their commitment to supporting families in the community.

Who Can Participate?

Families needing assistance can stop by to receive free diapers and wipes. Please bring the following documents:

  • Parent or guardian’s photo ID
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., birth certificates, WIC or Medicaid cards, foster care paperwork)

Each eligible family can receive one pack of diapers and wipes per child (up to two children per household). Your ID is only required during your first visit.

Special Collaboration with Carolina Pregnancy Center

The Carolina Pregnancy Center (CPC) from Spartanburg will be on-site with their mobile unit, offering free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds as needed (no gender reveals).
