Dillard-Jones Builders announces new hires and promotions

GREENVILLE, SC – Dillard-Jones Builders is proud to announce new hires and promotions for the design-build company.
Richie Martin was promoted to vice president of design and construction for Dillard-Jones. He provides management and quality control for the company’s conceptual and design services and also serves as a senior technical resource for construction managers in the field. As a graduate of Clemson University School of Architecture, Richie joined Dillard-Jones in 2011 after serving as a senior manager for Allora, LLC and Donald A. Gardner Architects. Richie has many years of experience in design, construction and quality control and has been involved with hundreds of projects in The Cliffs communities.
Jessica Smith is the director of business development for the Lake Keowee and Asheville offices of Dillard-Jones Builders. She is charged with building relationships within the luxury home communities in those regions. Jessica has worked in the custom home industry since 2007. She started working for Dillard-Jones Builders in 2008 and has worked in various positions from office manager to sales.
Jonah Murphy came to Dillard-Jones Builders in 2014 as was recently promoted to project manager. With over five years of experience in luxury home building, Jonah manages warranty projects and home services. He enjoys building relationships with clients as their go-to-guy, post construction.
