Dinners That Inspire Hope – Dining With Friends

April 23, 2019

After a two-year hiatus, AID Upstate revives their popular fundraiser, Dining With Friends. In its twenty-second year, Dining With Friends is an inspirational get-together that brings hope and celebrates the start of AID Upstate’s signature fundraiser. Dining With Friends hosts invite their families, friends, neighbors,
and work colleagues to a dinner party and encourage their guests to join in supporting AID Upstate. As way to say “Thank You!” for all the fundraising efforts, Dining With Friends hosts and their guests receive admission to The Red Party.

“Every year we’ve held Dining With Friends, we’re humbled by the outpouring of support that we receive from hosts and their guests in our community,” said Andy Hall, Chief Executive Officer of AID Upstate. “We’re working to prevent the spread of HIV and link those who have HIV/AIDS to medical care.”

Dining With Friends started in 1995, and over the past four years, with more than 1,500 hosts and guests throughout the Upstate, raised over $200,000 to support Upstate individuals and famalies affected by HIV/AIDS.
