Dixon Hughes Goodman announces strategic leadership changes

July 6, 2016

Dixon Hughes Goodman, a US top 20 public accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce several significant leadership changes. These changes are reflective of the firm’s strategic leadership succession plan and follow the May 31, 2016 retirement of former Chairman, Ken Hughes.

Effective June 1, 2016, Kent Satterfield is the Chairman of DHG’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing body. Additionally, Mike Crawford assumed the Chief Operating Officer position and Tricia Wilson succeeded Mike as Regional Managing Partner of the Carolinas Region, which includes all of North Carolina and South Carolina. In their new roles, Kent, Mike and Tricia continue to support the firm’s mission, strategy and values.

“DHG has successfully built a pipeline of leaders to anticipate future needs within the firm and continuously work to develop the next generation of leaders,” said Matt Snow, Chief Executive Officer. “Each of these partners has demonstrated success in all aspects of leadership and I am excited for them to take on these well-deserved roles.”

“I am honored to become the Chairman. My predecessors have shaped our mission and values and helped guide us to where we are today,” said Kent Satterfield. “I congratulate Mike and Tricia on their new roles, and I look forward to working alongside them, our leadership team, and our partners as we continue to build valuable careers with our people and help our clients achieve their goals.”
