DNA Creative Communications Honored by SC Public Relations Society of America

Debbie-NelsonGREENVILLE, SC – April 29, 2014 – DNA Creative Communications (DNA), a public relations and marketing firm for nonprofits, received four Awards of Excellence from the South Carolina Public Relations Society of America (SCPRSA). DNA was awarded at the “Sending the Message: Mercury Award Ceremony” in Charleston on April 24 for their public relations work in 2013.

“We are honored to have received four Awards of Excellence from the SCPRSA,” said Debbie Nelson, founder and president of DNA. “I am proud of our team for the work they do year-around for our clients and am glad their dedication has been recognized.”

DNA received the following awards from the SCPRSA:

  • Mercury Award of Excellence for Integrated Communications
  • Silver Wing Award of Excellence for Social Media
  • Silver Wing Award of Excellence for Feature Writing
  • Silver Wing Award of Excellence for Advertorials

The SCPRSA gave a total of 42 Mercury and Silver Wing awards at the ceremony, recognizing public relations campaigns, tactics and exceptional practitioners. The Mercury awards recognize public relations programs and campaigns, while the Silver Wing awards recognize outstanding tactics used in those campaigns.
