Donley’s Concrete Company expands into new location at 2209 Mechanic Street

NAI Charleston announces the lease of 2209 Mechanic Street to Donley Concrete as they expand their presence in the Charleston area. The company is currently the concrete contractor for four large projects on the Charleston peninsula, and a fifth will begin this summer. The new location in the neck area will provide excellent access to the sites, while providing ±1.1 AC that includes office/warehouse space and a fenced-in yard to equip the company’s growth.
“Donley’s Concrete is the perfect fit for the Mechanic Street property and should provide them with the presence on the Charleston peninsula they needed to continue to grow their business,” said Will Sherrod, CCIM, veteran broker at NAI Charleston.
Sherrod represented the landlord, Piney Mechanic, LLC, and Carlmichael Harrison of The Beach Company represented the tenant, Donley’s Concrete Group, LLC.
