Donna Nixon joins HUB International as Employee Benefits Strategist

Hub International Limited (HUB), a leading full-service global insurance broker, announced today that Donna Nixon joined as an Employee Benefits Strategist.
Donna Nixon serves as Senior Vice President, Strategist/Business Development for Employee Benefits at HUB International-Carolinas. The Employee Benefits Strategist provides strategic analysis to assist clients with design and development of creative benefit programs, controlling costs, compliance, and employee communication solutions. In partnership with other members of leadership, Donna will be responsible to drive organic growth and retention while increasing our client value.

Prior to joining HUB, Donna worked in all aspects of employee benefits including marketing, customer relations, claims administration, and underwriting. She has organized and led team building and leadership development sessions and has worked with several forms of governing bodies. Donna has nearly 30 years of experience in public and private insurance, third party administration, and benefit consulting and holds life and health and property and casualty producer licenses in multiple states.
