The 2025 Spring Festival at LushAcres Farm wraps up this Saturday, May 3, and if last weekend was any indication, it’s an event your family won’t want to miss.
Despite a forecast that threatened rain, more than 250 attendees came out on Saturday, April 26, to enjoy a picture-perfect day at the farm. Families delighted in all the festival favorites—from the always-popular corn pit and jump pad to the mini train rides and animal feeding barnyard. The corn cannons were a big hit again this year, and the playground offered plenty of space for kids to run, climb, and play.
One of the highlights was a special goat herding demonstration that captivated both children and adults. It was a crowd favorite and just one example of the hands-on fun that makes this event such a local favorite.
Organizers are hoping for an even bigger turnout this Saturday—weather permitting—for the final day of this seasonal celebration. With fresh spring air, wide-open farm views, and fun for all ages, it’s the perfect way to kick off your May.
