Dr. Hunter A. Smith becomes partner at Lowcountry Women’s Specialists

Lowcountry Women’s Specialists announced that Dr. Hunter A. Smith has joined the practice as a full partner.

“Dr Smith joined our practice in 2018, and is already well-known and highly-regarded by our patients, staff, and medical partners,” said Stacey Mosay, LCWS Practice Manager. “His skill, compassion, and professionalism are in line with our practice’s mission of taking care of Lowcountry women for life.”

Dr. Smith will continue to provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including routine wellness visits and high-risk pregnancy management, at both the Summerville and Carnes Crossroads offices. A Lowcountry native, he is a graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. His professional strengths include Da Vinci Robotic Laparoscopy, High Risk Obstetrics, contraception management, and urogynecologic issues. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
