Drive-up COVID-19 vaccines available THIS FRIDAY for Phase 1a, select caregivers and seniors 70+

Individuals eligible for vaccination as part of SC DHEC’s Phase 1a Vaccination Plan, to include seniors who are 70 years of age and older and caregivers of chronically ill and special needs children, are able to receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine this Friday, January 22nd from 8am to 4pm at Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant. Online registration must be completed in advance and second dose appointments will be scheduled for Friday, February 12th at the same location.

This initiative is being hosted in collaboration with East Cooper Medical Center, the Medical University of South Carolina, Roper St. Francis Healthcare, The Rotary Club, and the Town of Mt. Pleasant.

Participants are required to register online and bring one form of valid photo identification. Healthcare workers must also bring their employer identification and applicable caregivers must complete an attestation of eligibility. This document can be found through the registration link. Plans are being finalized for a recurring drive-up vaccination event.
