The Leader in Property and Casualty Predictive Analytics Increases Client Support Resources

COLUMBIA, SC – July 7, 2009 – EagleEye Analytics, a leading provider of state of the art predictive analytics solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry, announced today that that they have attracted four new professionals to their already significant team of insurance predictive analytics experts.

Christopher Cooksey, FCAS, MAAA joins as a Senior Actuarial Consultant. In this role Chris will be actively involved with the on-going development of EagleEye’s cutting-edge predictive analytics solutions. He will also play a key role in assisting EagleEye’s clients in finding optimum solutions to their rating and profitability challenges. Most recently Chris served as Research Director at Nationwide Insurance, where he was responsible for the development GLM’s and other sophisticated modeling techniques primarily in the non-standard automobile line of business. Cooksey also spent several years teaching statistics at Ohio Dominican University. Chris achieved Summa Cum Laude honors with a bachelor’s degree in physics/mathematics from Valparaiso University and masters of science in physics from Ohio State University.

Erin Spear joins the team as Senior Consultant. Erin will be working closely with clients using EagleEye Analytics’ solutions to solve complex business problems. She brings strong expertise in profitability analysis, product management and pricing within the personal auto and commercial property lines of business. Most recently with ICAT Holdings, Erin’s background also includes Progressive and Bristol West Insurance. Erin achieved Summa Cum Laude honors in both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kent State University where she concentrated in Statistical Analysis.

Steve Dooley joins as Client Principal. Steve will be supporting the on-boarding of new clients, enabling them to quickly gain access to the power of EagleEye’s predictive analytics solutions. He brings rigorous data analysis and statistical modeling expertise and experience developed while at Insurance Services Office (ISO). Steve earned his bachelors and masters degrees in mathematics from Clemson University, Universitaet Kaiserslautern in Germany and Southwestern University.

Jason Thacker joins as an Actuarial Analyst and will be instrumental in advancing EagleEye’s research and analytical offerings. These offerings help clients pinpoint their best and worst performing customer groups and drive more Insightful underwriting, pricing and marketing decisions. Jason has passed multiple professional exams including CAS, CFA and CAIA. He also holds a masters in business administration from the University of South Carolina and undergraduate and graduate degrees in biology from Duke University where he also worked as a Research Analyst.
