Early in-person voting begins October 5, 2020

All South Carolina registered voters are eligible to vote by absentee ballot in the November 3, 2020 General Election. From October 5, 2020 through November 2, 2020 registered voters can apply to vote by absentee ballot and cast their ballots in person on a voting machine all in one stop at 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, SC (Richland County residents) or at 605 W. Main Street, Lexington, SC (Lexington County residents). In addition, Richland County residents have the choice of seven satellite locations for early in-person voting. The satellite locations will be open from October 7, 2020 through November 2, 2020.

South Carolinians also have the options of absentee voting by mail or voting in person at their precinct on November 3, 2020.

Voters must present a voter ID when voting in person and should wear a mask.

On Monday through Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) and Saturday, October 24, 2020 and Saturday, October 31, 2020 (9:00am-1:00pm.) Other Saturdays hours and locations may be added later.

Garners Ferry Adult Activity Center- 8620 Garners Ferry Road, Hopkins, SC from October 7, 2020 through November 2, 2020. On Monday through Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Adult Activity Center (Parklane) – 7494 Parklane Road, Columbia, SC from October 7, 2020 through November 2, 2020. On Monday through Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Ballentine Community Center – 1009 Bickley Road, Irmo, SC from October 7, 2020 through November 2, 2020. On Monday through Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
