Early Voting Continues Through Saturday November 5

Early voting in South Carolina began on Monday, October 24 and ends this Saturday, November 5. Mail absentee applications cannot be requested or accepted now but mail ballots will be accepted until 7 p on Election Day.

To vote early in Laurens County, voters must bring their photo ID to the Laurens County Election Commission office (105 Bolt Drive – the old Winn Dixie Building). Those voting early will cast a ballot just like they do on election day. The Laurens County Voter Registration and Elections office will be open for early voting 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, from October 24 through November 5.

“The early voting process is going very welling Laurens County,” said Lynne West, Director of Voter Registration and Elections for Laurens County. “Hopefully the extend hours, and Saturday option will provide those who with to cast their ballot early the opportunity to do so.”
