East Cooper Top Producers elect new Officers

The East Cooper Top Producers Club (ECTP) has announced a new slate of Officers for 2017.  The Board and Committee Chairs will be leading the 2017 Group of Top Producing Agents on Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island.

 

   

Geri Lipps, Lori Claussen, Kendall Koste and Karla Leahy

 

Geri Lipps will serve a 2-year term as the 2017 ECTP President. An agent with the Coleman Blvd. office of Carolina One Real Estate since 2008, Lipps served previously as Vice President of ECTP. Lipps has been recognized as a member of the Carolina One Circle of Excellence and was named a Realtor® of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® CTAR).

Lori Claussen was elected to her first term as Vice President of ECTP. Originally from Miami, FL with a background as a certified appraiser, Claussen has been a member of ECTP since 2006 and has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including the Keller Williams Career Launch Award and Rookie of the Year in 2005. Additionally, Claussen was named a Realtor of Distinction by CTAR in 2010-2017.

A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing, Kendall Koste will be serving her second term as Secretary of ECTP. A resident of Mt. Pleasant for 20 years, Koste is a Realtor® with Carolina One Real Estate and is consistently in the Top 10% of all area Realtors®. Koste is a member of Carolina One’s Circle of Excellence and has been named a Realtor® of Distinction by CTAR.

Karla Leahy, a Realtor® with Harbor City Real Estate is serving her second term as the Treasurer of ECTP. A full-time Realtor® since 2007, Leahy represents both buyers and sellers in the Charleston real estate market and specializes in relocation, vacation properties, new construction and re-sales.

The East Cooper Top Producers Club is comprised of Realtors® who exemplify the highest standards of excellence and production. The Club provides a monthly forum on current local government and business issues that impact the local real estate market. The club also provides scholarships annually to deserving Wando High School students.
