East West Partners Charleston announces the completion of Phase III of The Waterfront Daniel Island

East West Partners, the nationally recognized residential and commercial real estate development firm based in Charleston, South Carolina, announced the completion of The Waterfront Daniel Island’s third collection. Fueled by strong buyer demand, Phase III is now more than 60% sold and includes six Marshfront Homes, 30 Plover and Whimbrel condominium residences, and 11 Sanderling townhomes. With construction complete, prospective buyers can tour finished residences and experience The Waterfront lifestyle firsthand. A limited selection across all three residential offerings remains, giving buyers the opportunity to purchase a completed home and move in now.

The interior design vision for the third collection was led by Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors, the acclaimed Charleston-based firm that also designed the second collection at The Waterfront Daniel Island. In addition, two architectural firms, including Charleston-based MacMillan Pazdan Smith and Bluffton-based Court Atkins Group, brought the third collection’s residences to life.

Designed with sustainability at the forefront, the residences were developed to meet ASHRAE Net Zero-Ready design criteria, incorporating advanced building strategies that improve efficiency and reduce long-term energy consumption. Enhancements include additional insulation throughout the exterior building envelope, upgraded HVAC systems, and high-efficiency heat pump water heaters. With the future addition of renewable energy systems, these residences are designed to produce as much energy as they consume.

While The Waterfront’s core amenities and initial residential offerings have been complete since Phase I opened in July 2021, the community continues to expand with Marin, a boutique collection of 128 for-rent residences currently under construction and anticipated to open in spring 2027.
