Soooo simple to make!

We lined muffin tins with a slice of ham and then cracked an egg into each ham cup.  Then we sprinkled with salt and pepper and baked them for about 15 minutes.  Some of the girls sprinkled their eggs with cheese for added flair.

6 eggs
6 slices of deli ham
Salt & Pepper
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:

1.    Form a piece of ham to the bottom of a muffin tin.
2.    Carefully break one egg into each ham shell.
3.    Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4.    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
5.    Sprinkle with cheese during last minute (optional) until cheese melts.
