As a result of her efforts she was selected as the National Public Service Director for 2014-15, currently leading “Project Street Youth,” which provides legal resources for homeless teens and children. Her work with the ABA’s public service efforts led to the creation of a Public Service Committee within the SC Bar YLD, which she currently chairs. In 2014 she was named an ABA YLD Star of the Year.

“Beth is results-oriented and works tirelessly to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to her,” said Will Johhnson of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, PA. “She always goes well above and beyond the expectations that any reasonable person would have of her, and that’s why she is truly deserving of the Young Lawyer of the Year Award.”
