Emerald Circle Founders Celebrated in Lexington County

COLUMBIA, SC – Founders of The Emerald Circle, a newly launched women’s-giving group supporting Girl Scouts of South Carolina – Mountains to Midlands, received their membership scarves during a recent celebration held at the Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center.

The Emerald Circle is “a circle of friends united by ideals.” Through their shared desire to help girls become leaders today and for the future, visionary women commit their resources to enable Girl Scouting to continue to be the best leadership experience for all girls. The Lexington County group supports outreach, membership, and program initiatives for girls in grades K5-12 throughout the county.
