Emily Mills joins Lee & Associates Charleston as associate

The Charleston office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firms in the nation, announced that Emily Mills has joined the company as an Associate. Emily is a Rock Hill, SC native and moved to the Charleston area three years ago. Emily brings both single and multi-tenant retail experience to the Lee team, having focused on retail investment sales throughout the Carolinas. She also brings with her extensive underwriting knowledge through detailed cash flow models and in-depth market analysis.  She has worked closely with a team of experienced agents over the last few years and she continues to expand her industry network. Emily is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina.
