Steps An Employer Can Take to Protect Against Whistleblower Claims
Nexsen Pruet attorney David Dubberly will present “Best practices for avoiding or minimizing retaliation and whistleblower claims” at a webinar on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
Dubberly is one of three attorneys taking part in the Mackrell International Employment and Labor Law Practice Group webinar.
The webinar will cover whistleblower protections in the U.S. and Europe, as well as best practices regarding internal complaint procedures and investigations of complaints.
Deborah A. Catalano, of the Akerman firm’s Orlando office, will present “U.S. laws that prohibit retaliation and protect whistleblowers.” Donna Martin, of Mackrell Turner Garrett’s London office, will present “European laws that prohibit retaliation and protect whistleblowers.”
