Endeavor coworking community welcomes All Access members

Endeavor, the coworking and office space community in downtown Greenville’s ONE tower, announces three new All Access members: Beth Gibson, president of Planning Solutions Corp; Nick Dennison, loan officer at MiMutual Mortgage; and Scott Terry, regional managing director at Lerch Bates.
Dreamer and doer Beth Gibson has been president of Planning Solutions Corp. since its inception in 2002. Providing an array of specialty services – including capital project funding strategy, community placemaking, and visual storytelling – focused on high-level strategic advice and implementation to private, non-profit, and public-sector clients, Gibson challenges her clients to think differently and to consider unimaginable perspectives, and assists in making them real.
“I’m excited to collaborate with other creative thinkers,” says Gibson on joining Endeavor. “Endeavor felt like I belonged there from the moment I entered. It is a beautiful group of people that I’m excited to be around – to share ideas, to feed off each other, to energize each other.”
Nick Dennison, loan officer with MiMutual Mortgage, recently joined Endeavor due to the plethora of multiple professionals in one location and the networking opportunities that Endeavor provides to their members.
With more than 19 years in the business, Dennison recognizes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mortgage lending and offers numerous options to fit every budget and situation. As a Mortgage Loan Originator that specializes in many loan types including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA, Dennison extends a personalized experience done in a timely manner to each of his clients.
Scott Terry, regional managing director of Lerch Bates, a global leader in technical consulting services for the built environment, joined Endeavor for its central location to clients and projects in the upstate. Lerch Bates offers integrated specialties that include vertical transportation, logistics, enclosures and structures, forensics, and facade access services; and multidisciplinary building lifecycle services that optimize performance from design, construction and management to forensic investigation, repair, and modernization.
