Englebardt Elected to Board

GREENVILLE, SC – July 8, 2011 – Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. is pleased to announce that shareholder Eric K. Englebardt has been unanimously elected to a two-year term on the Board of Directors of the Upstate Mediation Center.  After his initial term,  Eric will be eligible for a subsequent term of three years.  The Upstate Mediation Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the use of mediation and other non-adversarial means of resolving conflicts and to nurture peace by restoring and strengthening family, business and community relationships. 

Mr. Englebardt is based in Turner Padget’s Greenville office.  He has nearly 22 years of experience as a litigator in the areas of business, insurance and personal injury, as well as premises and product liability matters. Over the last 12 years he has mediated nearly 700 cases and was recently inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
