English Receives 2011 REALTOR® of the Year

GREENVILLE, SC – December 21, 2011 – Prudential C Dan Joyner Co., REALTORS® is pleased to announce that Jo Ann English received the 2011 REALTOR® of the Year award from the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS (GGAR).
English entered the real estate industry in June 1999 at the Garlington Road office of C.Dan Joyner Company. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and holds the NAR e-PRO and NAR SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) designations. She has been a Prudential C. Dan Joyner Rookie of the Year and Multi-Million Dollar Producer.

An active member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, English has served in several leadership positions, including Strategic Planning Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Chair of the Legislative Committee, Director of GGAR MLS and Gala Chair to name a few. Jo Ann has also been active in the state and local Realtor® Associations, having served as 2007 President of the SC CRS Chapter, 2011 SC Realtors Annual Conference Chairperson and Member Services Vice Chairperson, and she will serve as 2012 SC Realtors Member Services Chairperson and Executive Committee member.
A Slater, South Carolina native, English grew up in Marietta and attended Lander University. The mother of three children and grandmother of four, Jo Ann currently lives in Greenville’s Eastside. She performs with the Greenville Chamber Singers, volunteers with Greer Relief and is an elder at St Giles Presbyterian Church.
