A Taste of Russia: A Holiday Drop-In, as well as special holiday hours for M&G patrons! 

 

December 5, join us at M&G at Heritage Green from noon to 1 p.m. forArtBreak: The Nativity in Art! M&G director of education,Donnalynn Hess, will examine paintings of the nativity throughouthistory with special focus on the various ways in which Mary isportrayed in art. Whatever your interest and vocation, you willwant to attend M&G’s ArtBreak lecture—the most enjoyable,informative way to spend a lunch break this holiday season! Save the date of December 8, from 1–4 p.m., for M&G’s family-oriented event,A Taste of Russia: A Holiday Drop-In! Hosted at M&G’s Heritage Green location,the event will introduce distinctive Russian holiday music andtraditions while offering young people a Christmas scavenger hunt andadults a trivia-packed Christmasguide. Russian food will be served, including such cultural delicaciesas pickled herring and traditional Russian black bread. Story tellingwill highlight the event, featuring the dramatic talents of BJUcommunications professor, David Eoute. With activitiesand interests for all ages, this is an event that the entire family issure to enjoy and remember!A Taste of Russia is free with general admission; all children ages 12 and under are free.
