Enjoy Some Cool Jazz on a Summer Night with Richland Library – June 26

With temperatures rising outside, enjoy a night of cool jazz from the comfort of your home. Join Richland Library for Evening Arts: Ara-Viktoria from 7 – 8 p.m., Friday, June 26 on our Facebook Page. The online performance, which is free and open to the public, features vocalist Ara-Viktoria (aka Ara-V) and keyboardist Shannon “Deon Blue” Pinkney.

A South Carolina native and former Richland Library artist-in-residence, Ara-Viktoria is a singer, songwriter, actress, musical theater director and poet. Her musical career spans 19 years, dating back to her childhood and singing in church. Ara-Viktoria says she likes to explore combinations of gospel, jazz, country, classical and soul.
