Anthony Kent, President, Cothran Homes
Based in Greenville, Cothran Properties has a successful track record in planning and developing commercial and residential properties across the Southeast. Anthony Kent is the President of Cothran Homes division, overseeing the sales, marketing, and design functions of the homebuilding division. Anthony was instrumental in launching an innovative tool that allows potential customers to ‘self tour’ Cothran’s new homes.
In 2022, Anthony was named President of Cothran Homes and is the Broker in Charge for Cothran Homes division. He joined Cothran Properties in 1997 and has been responsible for more than a half-million square feet of commercial, retail, and Class A office properties and developing several multi-million dollar commercial renovation and leasing projects. Since 2010, Anthony has been instrumental in the growth and development of Cothran Homes and his entrepreneurial drive has grown Cothran Homes over the years.
Anthony attended Clemson University and earned his B.S. degree in Accounting (1997) and his M.B.A in Finance (2002).
