Kathy and Lane Atkins, Cafecito

Kathy and Lane Atkins are the owners of Cafecito located at 471 King St. The restaurant opened up in September 2022 and they are quickly becoming a local favorite. They are channeling Kathy’s ancestry to serve up authentic Cuban coffee complete with the whipped sugar (espumita) and a variety of delicious sandwiches. Both Kathy and Lane come out of a sales and advertising background, so this entrepreneurial venture is a definite Chapter 2 story for them.
