ERA Wilder Realty Gives Back in 2012

January 8, 2013

COLUMBIA, SC – January 9, 2013– Always willing to support a worthy cause, ERA Wilder Realty agents raised over $52,000 and donated more than 650 hours of their time to charities in 2012.

In 1995, Eddie Wilder founded ERA Wilder Realty with the mission; “Our success has been defined by integrity, honesty, professionalism, community involvement, family devotion and a deep commitment to faith. Only those agents who are committed to living up to these principles can be a part of ERA Wilder Realty.” This philosophy has carried the company through years of growth and even through leaner years. No matter what the economic outlook has been, giving back has always been a standard of ERA Wilder Realty.

More than just a philosophy, the mission of ERA Wilder Realty has created a culture of agents who believe in supporting each other. In 2012, the agents of ERA Wilder came together to host two separate fundraisers to benefit agents of family members that were battling serious illnesses. “We are fortunate to be in a position to help one another,” says Eddie Wilder, President of ERA Wilder Realty, “I am proud to be a part of a network of agents who are always ready and willing to serve.”

While Wilder agents take pride in caring for each other, they also continue to reach out to support the community they serve. ERA offices around the nation work together to raise money and awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. ERA Wilder hosts two events each year, the annual Bowl-A-Thon and its first ever Letter Writing Campaign. Last year’s fundraisers were a huge success and ERA Wilder hopes to continue to raise the bar in 2013.
