Elzer has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ranging from custom home building to being a top agent and a successful broker/owner, Elzer has experienced all aspects of the business. Since 1998, Elzer has travelled around the country sharing his knowledge and successful business tips and practices.
Elzer is proud to have trained and coached over 10,000 agents and hundreds of real estate companies nationwide. His main goal has been to aid these professionals in achieving peak performance.
