ERG Payroll & HR announces Erica Leonhardt as new Payroll Specialist

Erica Leonhardt has joined ERG Payroll & HR as a Payroll Specialist. Leonhardt will be administering payroll processing, assisting with general HR tasks, and managing our payroll clients.

Since graduating from high school, Erica accelerated her career in accounting and unexpectedly found herself in HR, which she now loves. Most of her career has been spent in a generalist HR capacity supporting Fortune 500 organizations. Her experience ranges in a variety of different industries including construction, transportation, environmental, and manufacturing industries. Her specialized HR experience will bring a high level of skills to ERG including project management, employment law consultation, compensation management and HR program facilitation from hire to retire.

Born in upstate New York right outside of Albany, she moved to North Carolina in her teenage years and calls North Carolina home. Her family is extremely important to her which includes her husband of 10 years and two children. Erica is excited that she will get to spend more time as an SME focused on payroll while still having exposure to the broader HR world.
