Erin Johnson Promoted to Chief Community Investment Officer

COLUMBIA, SC – The South Carolina Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy (SC Campaign) has recently promoted Erin Johnson to its Chief Community Investment Officer (CCIO). In this role, she will oversee the SC Campaign’s investment in local communities through technical assistance, trainings, community mobilization and distribution of resources and grants.

Johnson has been a member of the SC Campaign staff since 2004, serving in several capacities, most recently as its Director of Capacity Building. She earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist and graduate of the Riley Institute at Furman University’s Diversity Leadership Institute. Prior to her career with the SC Campaign, Johnson was an AIDS Health Educator for the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control.
