Experienced agent joins William Means Real Estate team

June 27, 2019

Charleston native Bonnie Geer has joined the team of agents at William Means Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate companies in Charleston and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Geer is an experienced sales professional that has been buying and selling real estate in the Charleston area for more than 26 years. Her in-depth knowledge of the community, marketing background, and extensive network of lifelong connections help clients buy or sell their Charleston homes quickly.

“My strong work ethic comes from working at an early age at my family’s retail store on lower King Street,” said Geer. “I am passionate about the Charleston community and enjoy sharing the Lowcountry lifestyle with my clients.”

Geer appreciates and understands the importance of finding the right home to fit her clients’ lifestyle. Having led the renovations at several homes for her own family, she enjoys transforming houses with potential to suit clients’ individual needs.

Geer and her husband, a successful commercial real estate developer, have two children and reside in downtown Charleston. Geer is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Porter-Gaud School, and Charleston Day School. She is actively involved with the Porter-Gaud Alumni Association Board, Charleston Parks Conservancy, the Gibbes Museum of Art, and the Charleston Library Society.
