Experienced Litigator Megan Rushton joins Nelson Mullins’ Greenville team

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has added senior associate Megan Rushton to its Greenville Litigation Team.

Rushton will focus her practice on complex business disputes, commercial litigation, and product liability cases involving toxic torts, chemicals, and mechanical products. Previously she served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. of the United States District Court in Columbia and as an associate with Turner Padget Graham & Laney P.A. in Greenville.

Rushton was raised in Edgefield County and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2019. She served on the board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Upstate from 2021 to 2022 and is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Events Committee.
