Experienced realtors join Flagship Commercial

Bart Coleman and Boomer Coleman recently joined Flagship Properties, an Upstate-based real estate company that offers commercial sales and leasing, and property management services.

At Flagship Properties, Bart and Boomer will concentrate on retail and distribution-facilities leasing and development. They are integral to the Pelham-Milestone site project; one of the last undeveloped retail parcels in the I-85/Pelham Road corridor.

Bart brings the company in-depth knowledge and expertise of commercial real estate. He has held previous positions in areas of development, construction-maintenance, property management, and leasing. Prior to joining Flagship Properties, he served as senior director of real estate for Tops Markets, LLC/The Penn Traffic Company, a large, regional supermarket chain in Upstate New York. He also has held positions with Earth Fair, BI-LO/Ahold, Fleming Foods, and The Kroger Company. Bart graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in economics. He’s a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and attends Brookwood Church.

Boomer possesses experience in real estate development, leasing, and property evaluations. He has held niche roles within the real estate industry that include serving as a property researcher for a Charlotte law firm, a commercial property analyst for a five-star mortgage company, an independent contractor for a development group, and property advisor for Airbnb in Buffalo, New York. He studied business and marketing at Clemson University and Tri-County Tech. He’s a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and attends Brookwood Church.
