FerebeeLane expands account team with four full-time hires

April 6, 2021

FerebeeLane (FL), a full-service marketing and branding agency located in downtown Greenville, recently expanded its account team with four full-time additions. The new hires’ experiences range from founding Clemson’s student-led brand communications agency, Cadency, to account management with Fortune 100 companies.

“As FerebeeLane continues to grow, our commitment to strong client partnerships remains at the core,” says Matt Gaymon, director of client services. “It’s so exciting to see the immediate impact each of these new team members is having, and what that means for future success – both for FerebeeLane and for our clients. We’re better as an agency with the unique experiences, expertise, and skills each of these talented women bring to FL every day.”

Emily Copp joins FerebeeLane as account supervisor, bringing with her a love for connecting people to things and ideas they love and an enthusiasm for solving complex business challenges with thoughtful, intelligent communication. Copp began her career in account management at J. Walter Thompson INSIDE in Washington D.C., a division of the oldest advertising agency in the U.S. focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing. Her role eventually shifted into business development on a cross-functional team in New York and across the country. She has experience working with a range of clients from federal government agencies to Fortune 100 companies spanning retail, finance, healthcare, and technology.

A graduate of Clemson University, Copp returned to the Upstate to launch the Chocolate Moose Bakery in downtown Greenville. As one of three co-owners, she focused her efforts on the marketing and communications of the business, forging relationships with local business owners and city leaders.

Caroline Schoenberger joins the agency as an account coordinator, working directly with clients on their marketing and communications needs. Schoenberger is a Maryland native and recent graduate of Clemson University’s Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business. During her time at Clemson, she held multiple internships and co-founded the school’s student-led brand communications agency, Cadency.

Emily Scott joins FerebeeLane as an account manager. Scott began her career in marketing at ChartSpan Medical Technologies before leading public relations and social media efforts for a local agency serving clients in the technology, tourism and hospitality industries.

Most recently, Scott was a marketing campaign manager with ScanSource where she led initiatives for Microsoft, Honeywell and Epson among other brands. She directed campaigns at all stages, from concept development to implementation and evaluation. Scott is an honors graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Public Relations.

Katherine Darden, a recent graduate of Clemson University’s Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Brand Communications minor, has joined FL’s account team as account coordinator. While at Clemson, she was active in the school’s student-led brand agency, Cadency, serving as account director in the agency’s pilot year. Her resource allocation and account management experience at Cadency prepared her for her new role, in which she helps manage internal and external relationships across a variety of projects and campaigns.
