FILL Restaurant & Piano Bar to celebrate Grand Opening February 12-14

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Located in the Iron Gate Shopping Center in the former Mosaic Cafe Building, FILL Restaurant & Piano Bar will open to the public on Monday, February 8. The restaurant will then celebrate its big grand opening on Friday, February 12-Sunday, February 14. FILL will celebrate its grand opening with lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and will host live entertainment throughout the weekend.
On Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13 starting at 6pm, guests will enjoy live music by talented pianist David Daignault. At 9 pm, dueling pianists Jami McNeill and Evan Burgess will take the stage. McNeill and Burgess will encourage requests for favorite tunes from the past several decades all the way up to the current top 40 and all will be welcome to sing-along. On Sunday, February 14 from11am-2pm, guests are invited to enjoy a Valentine’s Day Brunch and live music by local jazz pianist Richard White.
The restaurant will also have live entertainment during the entire month of February, including “Jazz Nights” every Wednesday with local jazz artist Richard White and dueling pianists every Friday and Saturday night. To view the full live music schedule, visit FillBar.com.
FILL Restaurant & Piano Bar will offer American fusion menus available for lunch, dinner, late-night and Sunday brunch, designed by Executive Chef Michael Rogers. Chef Rogers, graduate of East Institute of Culinary Arts, has traveled throughout the United States, expanding his culinary knowledge and cooking at a few of the finer institutions in San Francisco and Houston. Since moving to the Lowcountry, Chef Rogers has worked in some of Charleston’s most notable restaurants including Poogan’s Porch and The Mustard Seed. “I look forward to fusing fresh ideas and using local flavors to provide our guests with a unique dining experience,” says Chef Rogers.
