First Citizens Adds Jeff Johnson to its Commercial Banking Group in Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC – First Citizens today announced that Jeff Johnson has been selected to serve as Commercial Relationship Manager for the bank’s Charleston market. In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for business development efforts and attracting new customer relationships. He will focus on meeting the needs of companies in the manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and service industries, as well as those of medical and legal professional practices. Johnson will also ensure that First Citizens’ clients have access to the bank’s comprehensive range of financial services, including brokerage, investment, insurance, trust and retirement services.

Johnson joins First Citizens from BBVA Compass in Fort Collins, Colo., where he served as Commercial Relationship Manager. He also previously served as Commercial Relationship Manager for Advantage Bank and Bank of Choice.

A native of Greeley, Colo., Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He currently resides in Charleston with his wife Michelle and daughter Quinn.
