First Citizens Opens New Branch in Surfside

MYRTLE BEACH, SC – February 3, 2009  – First Citizens is pleased to announce that it will expand its market presence in Horry County by opening an office in Surfside, S.C. Located at 128 Loyola Drive, the new branch supports First Citizens’ strategic initiative to grow its presence in communities not currently served by the bank.

The new branch will be open to customers on Feb. 2, 2009. Four associates will serve customers from the Surfside branch. Mark Ousley, retail sales manager; Chad Melber, personal banker; Crystal McCracken, teller leader; and Nancy Morton, teller.
