First Community Bank honors Leadership Institute graduates

April 24, 2023

First Community Bank recently recognized the 2023 graduates of its Leadership Institute with a ceremony at the Columbia International University School of Business.

An 18 to 24-month, intensive training program that combines academic and experiential learning, the Institute is designed to enhance the leadership skills of key members of the bank’s team.

The graduates – Alicia J. Harrison, Amber H. Bobo, Audrey C. Shuman, Charlene P. Richards, James J. Pierce, Jamie E. Addison, Keith L. Hart, Narinder S. Seera, and Teresa K. Woods – represent the third graduating class of the bank’s Leadership Institute and serve in a variety of roles throughout the organization.

In addition to developing the natural talents of the participants, the Institute, led by Dr. Keith Shah, helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the bank by developing generations of leaders who will contribute to the success of the bank now and in the years to come.

First Community CEO Mike Crapps commented, “Our bank is truly blessed to have this talented group of individuals, who through their participation in this rigorous training program demonstrated their commitment to our vision of impacting lives for success and significance.”
