First Community Bank Serves up “Wishes” for Local Residents

LEXINGTON, SC – Amy 4, 2009 – First Community Bank, a local community bank with eleven offices in the Midlands, is pleased to announce the presentation of the Time of Your Life video and a donation to Shiela Bush, manager of Nance Forest Apartments in Newberry, on April 14th, 2009.  Ms. Bush plans on using the funds to purchase school supplies for children at the facility.  Making the presentation on behalf of the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation and First Community Bank were Donna Rankin, Denise Cates, and Mike Davenport.

The objective of the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation (a non-profit organization based in Memphis, Tennessee) is to reduce crime in the nation’s senior housing facilities.  First Community Bank is honored to be a part of the effort to provide safe, secure, and high quality-of-life environments for senior housing residents.
