COLUMBIA, S.C. – Four Columbia attorneys at Fisher & Phillips LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2008®. Biographical Information
Dan Ellzey a senior partner, is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the South Carolina Supreme Court. In the employment area, Dan counsels clients on and litigates discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, non-compete, wage and hour, plant closure, OSHA, and other employment issues. In the labor area, he is extensively involved in preventive union avoidance work and has participated in some of the highest profile union campaigns in the United States. Co-author of the South Carolina Employers Reference Manual, Dan received his JD from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Utah.
