FJ Rabon Construction announces the next generation of leadership

FJ Rabon Construction, Inc., a leading provider of septic and construction services in the Columbia, SC area, announces that Will Rabon, the son of Ben and Ashleigh Rabon, has joined the family business. This marks a significant milestone for the locally-owned company, celebrating 50 years of community service.

“Having Will join the team is incredibly meaningful,” said Ben Rabon. “It’s about continuing the legacy of hard work and treating everyone fairly, values instilled by his grandfather and passed down through generations.”

Founded in 1974 by Frank Rabon, Jr., FJ Rabon Construction is based in Lugoff, SC, and has been providing septic services throughout the Midlands of South Carolina. In more recent years, Frank’s son, Ben Rabon, added portable toilets to the business, and FJ Rabon now services hundreds of portable toilets all across South Carolina.  With the addition of Will to the team, FJ Rabon now has its third generation helping to manage the business.

Will brings fresh perspectives and a deep understanding of FJ Rabon’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Having the next generation step up ensures that the company looks forward to continued success in the future.
