Flock and Rally announces Tracy Bender as new Managing Director

Flock and Rally, the full-service, women-owned and led integrated marketing agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, is pleased to announce that Tracy Bender has been hired to serve as the agency’s new managing director. Bender leads Flock and Rally’s client services division, which encompasses the agency’s account, branding, creative, communications and advertising departments. In this leadership role, Bender is responsible for nurturing the professional and personal growth of the staff and promoting excellence in all client services and deliverables.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in advertising, Bender has held a variety of agency, corporate and nonprofit roles in the Midlands area. Most recently, Bender served as the director of marketing at Terminix Service, Inc., overseeing strategic marketing, public relations and crisis communications for one of the largest pest control companies in the U.S. Before then, Bender spent more than a decade in other leadership roles, including executive director of marketing and communications for Columbia College; director of public relations, vice president of communications and CEO of Souper Bowl of Caring; and district director of marketing and development at Special Olympics South Carolina.
