Today, Floyd Lee Locums announced the addition of Lauren Weatherbee to its growing team of staffing talent. Weatherbee joins the locums organization as Business Development Manager—and is focused on expanding their efforts to connect with new healthcare facilities, specifically in the Northeast market.

In Weatherbee’s role as Business Development Manager, she’ll lead the charge on positioning the Floyd Lee Locums’ brand within health systems, treatment centers, physician groups and more. By developing and maintaining key relationships through the healthcare ecosystem, she will support the organization’s sales funnel and advance its business opportunities through key channels.

Prior to joining Floyd Lee Locums, Weatherbee enjoyed a successful sales career, working with major media companies in Buffalo, NY and beyond. Her 15+ years of client development experience spans multiple industries, has contributed to the positioning of several sales operations, and positively impacted countless companies’ portfolios of business.
