Former OfficeMax Building Leased to Remington College

Columbia, S.C. (July 16, 2007) – The Columbia-S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announced that Jeff Hein and Jim Pagett, members of the company’s leasing team, recently leased the 33,971-square-foot former OfficeMax location at 607 Bush River Road in Columbia to Remington College.
Remington College offers career training classes in a variety of disciplines and fields at its locations around the country. Remington College facilities are currently in Largo and Tampa, Fla., Little Rock, Ark., Memphis and Nashville, Tenn, Baton Rouge, La., Clevland, Ohio, Colorado Springs, Colo., Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, Texas, Honolulu, Hawaii, Mobile, Ala., and San Diego, Ca.
